Crewing Services:
Show Partners Crewing, LLC provides professional crewing services of qualified production personnel and technicians serving the broadcast
television and entertainment industries. We have a full-time staff of crewing and administrative professionals dedicated to meeting the needs of both our clients and our workforce.
We utilize and maintain a custom database written specifically for us and the unique requirements of the
crewing business. More importantly, our database is filled with thousands of technicians, each with unique qualifications.
Our workforce is among the most informed when it comes to show information. We have set a new industry standard by utilizing a
web-based retrieval system for information such as travel itineraries, call times, daily work schedules, and technical manuals.
Once published, up-to-date information is available 24/7 from almost anywhere in the world. Yet, we still make the traditional
courtesy call to all members of the workforce just before the start of each project.
We provide our clients with regular updates on crew lists, budgets and travel requirements. In most cases, projects are reconciled
and closed within 45 days. We then provide our clients with a Final Project Statement that details all expenditures by each member of the workforce.
Workforce Classification:
Due to recent changes in the employee and contractor classifications by the IRS, Show Partners Crewing, LLC employs over 97% of it's workforce as W-2 Workers. This benefits our clients by avoiding co-employment and liability issues, as well as potential re-classification concerns. It also benefits our workforce by providing them with Workman's Compensation coverage, payroll withholdings, and it saves the workers from Self Employment Tax liability.
Payroll Services:
Show Partners Crewing, LLC provides comprehensive payroll and payroll tax administration, in addition to travel expense reimbursement services. Disbursements to the workforce are usually made within 10 to 14 days after the conclusion of each project.
Web-Based Show Information Services:
As a value added service, Show Partners Crewing, LLC operates and maintains a website with show information for each project. At the clients request, the website can be setup as either an unsecured private website or as a secured, password protected, website.
Workers can go online anytime to get the latest show information such as contacts, directions, schedules and travel information. Additional information provided by the client, such as Technical and Production Books, can also be posted on the website. When a project has concluded, the final time sheets are posted for the worker's reference.
Many members of our workforce have come so accustomed to the ease of using the website that they have actually asked us to stop calling just to provide them with information on a project.
All W-2 Workers are issued a User ID and password to gain access to the online payroll system. Once logged in, they can check payroll information such as wages, deductions and payment status. W-2 workers can also elect for direct deposit of their payroll.

Crew Rates & Travel Expense Policy:
We allow our clients to establish the Crew Rates and the Travel Expense Policy provided they are within Federal and State guidelines. We can provide guidelines for similar projects and crew positions upon request.
Administration Fees:
Show Partners Crewing, LLC charges a percentage-based administrative fee for our crewing and payroll services. The percentage varies based upon the nature of the project and the extent of the services required. Please contact us for more information.
