Freelance Workers are engaged under contract with Oasis. for a limited undertaking on terms and conditions set forth in the Zero Chaos Member Agreement. Zero Chaos, Inc. is aware that you may have other business interests and, accordingly, any engagement shall be limited to the extent necessary for you to discharge the responsibilities and duties described therein. You are engaged by Zero Chaos, Inc. and nothing herein is intended to create, nor shall it be construed to create, an employer-employee, joint-venture or partnership relationship between you and Show Partners Crewing, LLC and/or it?s Client. By acceptance of an engagement, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the Zero Chaos Member Agreement that you endorsed.
